Bill Chats with Daniel Neiden CLIP

From Plymptoons.

If you’ve been a fan of the channel (or Bill Plympton) for a while, then you’d know that Daniel is no stranger to the studio. He is a very active collaborator and supporter of Plymptoons in many ways, including but not limited to: Acting, Producing, and even Co-Writing our latest up-coming release: "Whale 52", with writing partner Edward Jordon.

In this video, the pair discuss their history of working together, starting with Daniel’s audition for "The Tune", Plymptoon’s first feature film, and how he brought life to the lead character Del. "Bill’s drawings help you speak." – Daniel Neiden.

Getting his start as a Mime performing on the streets of New York City after moving from Nebraska, Daniel’s growth in the industry is both inspirational and aspirational, his creative abilities only expanding through the years due to his fearlessness of trying something new.

Of course, they talk about "Slide", Plymptoon’s latest feature film, a Western Comedy currently touring the festival circuit; and dreams for future productions as we begin to wrap up and get ready to screen "Whale 52" in the upcoming months.

Thank you to all of our Patrons for supporting our studio, these videos would not be possible without you! If you’d like to see the FULL interview, join us!
