From GOBELINS.

With the mindless flick of a street market vendor’s knife, a leftover fish head falls into a radioactive sewage canal. This starts a chain reaction of mutations, all the discarded toxic waste merges and they lead back to where they came from.

This film was made by 3rd year bachelor students from "Character Animation and Animated Filmmaking" in GOBELINS, as part of a pedagogical exercise using special effects.
